Thank you for purchasing the Dog Photography Awards 2025 Annual Book. We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. Please review our policy below.

1. Refunds

All sales are final. As the Dog Photography Awards 2025 Annual Book is produced in limited quantities and printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, if your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement.

2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives with printing errors, damage during shipping, or other defects:

• Please email us at hello@dogphotographyawards.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

• Once verified, we’ll send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@dogphotographyawards.com.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or arrange a replacement if it cannot be found.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our books are printed and fulfilled on demand, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
